How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription management is handled through your device's app store. Here's how to cancel:

For iPhone (Apple)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and select the subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in two ways:

  • Through the app: Go to Settings within the app and look for the "Delete Account" or "Account Management" option
  • Contact us: Use the contact form on our website to request account deletion. We'll process your request promptly

Note: Some of our apps do not require account creation and do not store personal data. For these apps, simply uninstalling the app is sufficient.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through the platform where you made your purchase:

  • Apple App Store: Contact Apple Support or request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play Store: Refunds may be available within 48 hours of purchase through the Play Store, or by contacting us for review

Each platform has its own refund policies and timelines. We can assist with refund requests where applicable.

Technical Support

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart the app: Close the app completely and reopen it
  2. Check for updates: Make sure you have the latest version installed
  3. Restart your device: Turn your phone off and on again
  4. Reinstall the app: Delete and reinstall the app (note: this may reset your data)

If the problem persists, please contact us through the in-app support feature with details about the issue.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices:

  • Open the app and navigate to the subscription or purchase section
  • Look for a "Restore Purchases" button
  • Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase

If you don't see a restore option, contact us for assistance.

I lost my data. Can you help?

Data recovery depends on the app's features:

  • If the app has cloud sync: Sign in with your account to restore your data
  • If the app uses device backup: Restore from your iCloud or Google backup
  • Local storage only: Unfortunately, data may not be recoverable if not backed up
